We are proud to be a WBE company founded, owned and operated by women. Co-owners Christina and Judy split their time between the field and the office and are fully engaged in every operational detail of each project we undertake.

Charitable Giving

PCE is committed to supporting various organizations in both our home and work communities through volunteerism and charitable giving. In the past, Christina volunteered with H.A.W.C., an organization that provides services for victims of domestic violence. Judy currently serves as a volunteer with several youth sports organizations near her home.
